Policy Information:

COVID-19: Our staff will be wearing a mask at all times. All children will be asked to sanitize their hands prior to the start of the party. We sanitize our products prior to every party.

To Book a Party: Please call or text 347-678-8100 for Date and Time available. Once your date and time has been confirmed with number of guests and services we will e-mail you an invoice with a 50% deposit required.

Pay by: Venmo, PayPal or Check. Please be advised date & time will only be reserved when a deposit is received, you have 3 business days to reserve your date.  At time of transaction Lil Miss Diva’s will provide Venmo or PayPal Instructions. There is a return check fee of $35.00 for insufficient funds.

Final Payment: The balance is due the day of your event prior to start of birthday party, paid in CASH only, NO CHECKS.

Cancellation and Refunds: If you must cancel your party for any reason we will be unable to refund your deposit but will gladly offer an alternative party date.

In the event of inclement weather, serious illness, or other unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel any event and offer an alternative date.

Final Head Count: Is confirmed 5 days prior to your event date. Please confirm your guest list. You will be responsible for all guests confirmed at final head count. Parties of 20 or more a $40.00 fee will be added.

Gratuity: A 20% gratuity will be automatically added to your final balance.

Where is the party held: Parties are typically held in your home or the venue of your choice.

Parking: Front access parking must be provided. Easy access will allow the loading and unloading of items for your event. Client will be responsible if paid parking is necessary.

Arrival Time: Our party staff will arrive approximately 20 to 30 minutes prior to your party for set up.

Length of party: Parties are approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours depending on your chosen party and number of guests, parties can end earlier then scheduled.

Pets: Please remove all pets from the party area prior to arrival.

Spa Robes- Are professionally cleaned after each use.

Pedicure tubs- Are cleaned and sterilized after each use.

Safety and Hygiene: We do not file, clip or trim nails. All make up is applied with disposable applicators. Services are not performed by a licensed cosmetologist. Our parties are for entertainment purposes only.
However, we do provide our clients with quality products and great service.
It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian hosting the party, to alert Lil Miss Diva’s Inc. in advance, of any allergies that any of the children may have, therefore, we take no responsibility for any allergic reactions of any party guest. Lil Miss Diva’s Inc., reserves the right to refuse services on any child, for any reason, that we feel may impose a health risk to others.
Lil Miss Diva’s Inc., takes no responsibility for any injuries or property damage caused by any party guest. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian, to supervise the children and keep them safe during the party. In case of lost or damages of Lil Miss Diva’s Inc. equipment or party items, caused by any party guest, the parent or guardian will be held responsible for that item.

Travel: A minimal travel fee may be applicable based on location.

All photos taken by Lil Miss Diva’s Inc. during your party are solely the property of Lil Miss Diva’s Inc.
